Google Analytics

Finicity Connect has the ability to send your Connect event data through Google Analytics for statistical analysis and interpretation. To set up your Google Analytics account to consume this data, follow these steps:

On the backend generating the Finicity Connect link, add the analytics: google:UA-XXXXXXXX-X parameter:

Google Analytics Parameter Example

consumerId: consumer.id,
customerId: customer.id,
redirectUri: config.ACME_REDIRECT_URL + "/customers/redirectHandler",

From: 1494449017,

}

To filter your traffic for just Finicity Connect you can create a new segment in Google Analytics. Create a new segment and filter the Traffic Source where Source contains partnerId. Google Analytics Goals

Google Analytics is powered by combining individual web events into “Goals.” Those Goals are used in your tracking statistics. We have prepared a Goals Template you can import to begin tracking your data. You can choose to “override” or “rename” goals before the import is executed.

Use this template link, and choose the View you want the Goals associated with.

View your imported Goals under Behavior > Events > Overview
