Connect 2.0 Events

All events are sent from the Connect app through the SDK to your web and mobile apps.

There are three different event types:

Web SDK 2.0 Events—Monitor the Connect app
User Events 2.0 (optional)—Visibility into customer actions as they use the Connect app
Route Events 2.0 (optional)—Visibility into customers as they navigate through the Connect app
